Rates and Payments

Reservations made within 60 days of arrival date are paid in full at time of booking. If the reservation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival date, a 50% deposit is required and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. We accept payments through Square. Invoices will be emailed.

$44 plus tax - Daily

$264 plus tax - Weekly (Pay for 6 nights, get the 7th night free. Seven consecutive nights)

$700 plus tax - Full time monthly rate for the months of November - March. (Includes electricity)

$800 plus tax - Full time monthly rate for the months of April - October. (Includes electricity)

**Maximum 8 people per site.**

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more before arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.

Reservations cancelled within 7-13 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund minus a $20 processing fee.

No refunds for cancellations of reservation within 6 days of arrival date.

No refunds for inclement weather or for any other reason that would cause you to leave early.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to weather, refunds will be prorated for unused nights. RVs will need to be removed from the premises immediately upon an evacuation order issued by government officials.
